Manchester United have announced the squad for the 2011/12 Champions League group stages, Manchester United's 34 players registered for the competition.

Manchester United are in group C, one group with Benfica, Basel and Otelul Galati. Manchester United became the winning team and predicted it would be easy to qualify for the next phase.

The Manchester United squad includes ten names on 'Player list B' which is for younger squad members - others eligible for this list can be added up to twenty-four hours before a champions league fixture.
